1.Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002 is repealed.
References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
2.Decision 2004/585/EC is repealed with effect from the entry into force of the rules adopted under Article 45(4) of this Regulation.
3.Article 5 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1954/2003(1) shall be deleted.
4.Council Regulation (EC) No 639/2004(2) is repealed.
5.In Article 105 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009, the following paragraph is inserted:
"3a.By way of derogation from paragraphs 2 and 3, no multiplying factor shall be applied to catches which are subject to an obligation to land in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council(3), provided that the extent of overfishing relative to the permitted landings does not exceed 10 %.
