Article 44 U.K. Transitional measures regarding identification documents

2. By way of derogation from Article 25(1) F5 ..., the identification document referred to in point (e) of Article 10(1) shall be deemed to comply with this Regulation where it was [F6 issued before 29 December 2014 and]:

(a) drawn up in accordance with the model certificate set out in Annex II to Decision 2011/874/EU, or where relevant, the model passport established by Decision 2003/803/EC; and

Article 45 U.K. Entry into force and applicability

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 29 December 2014.
