Article 46 U.K. Design of airspace structures

[F1 The CAA] shall ensure that airspace structures are properly designed, surveyed and validated before they can be deployed and used by aircraft, in accordance with [F2 regulations made by the Secretary of State under] point (b) of Article 44(1).
