ANNEX III U.K. NOTIFICATION OF MEMBER STATES' MEASURES AND METHODOLOGIES TO IMPLEMENT ARTICLE 7 OF DIRECTIVE 2012/27/EU

4. Calculation methodology for measures notified under Articles 7a and 7b and Article 20(6) of Directive 2012/27/EU (except for taxation measures): U.K.

(a)

measurement methods used referred to in point 1 of Annex V to Directive 2012/27/EU;

(b)

method to express the energy savings (primary or final energy savings);

(c)

lifetimes of measures, rate at which the savings decline over time and approach used to take into account the lifetime of savings;

(d)

brief description of the calculation methodology, including how additionality and materiality of savings are ensured and which methodologies and benchmarks are used for deemed and scaled savings;

(e)

information on how the possible overlaps between the measures and individual actions are addressed to avoid double counting of energy savings;

(f)

where relevant, climatic variations and approach used.
