Article 65 U.K. Other applicable Union acts

Directive 2010/64/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council(1) and Directive 2012/13/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council(2) shall apply in respect of the proceedings referred to in point (b) of Article 62(1) of this Agreement.
