11. In Article 279(2) (overriding requirements)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)any direction issued by the Regulator under Article 35A(6);”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
“(ea)any direction issued by the Regulator under Article 39A(3);”.
