93—(1) In Schedule 1 (licensing of places of entertainment), in paragraph 13(1) omit “for the county court division in which the place is situated”.N.I.

(2) In Schedule 2 (licensing of sex establishments)—

(a)in paragraph 26(1) omit “for the relevant county court division”;

(b)in paragraph 26(4) omit the definition of “the relevant county court division”.
