Amendment of regulation 9 (eligible installations which are CHP systems)

7.  In regulation 9—

(a) omit paragraph (2)(a);

(b) in paragraph (2)(b)

(i) for “is” substitute “was”;

(ii) after “NIRO” insert “prior to 1st October 2015”.
