89.—F1[(1)] Orders made [F2by the Secretary of State] under [F3Article [F453A or] 85(1)] shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament and section 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946F5 shall apply accordingly.
[F6(2) Orders made by the Department of Justice under Article 53, [F753A,] 60, 60A [F8, 66 or 81] shall be subject to negative resolution.
(3) Regulations made by the Department of Justice under Article 29(4) or 46A shall be subject to negative resolution.]
