Expenses of authorised officers N.I.

45.  Any expenses which are incurred under this Order by an authorised officer in procuring samples, and causing samples to be analysed or examined, shall be defrayed by the district council or, as the case may be, [F1 the Food Standards Agency or] the Department of Agriculture.
