The Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, Cross Heading: Other supervision orders is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. 22.—(1) This paragraph applies to any order for the supervision of a child which was in force immediately before the commencement of Part V and was made under—N.I.
(a)Article 47 of the Matrimonial Causes (Northern Ireland) Order 1978F1;
(b)Article 11 of the Domestic Proceedings (Northern Ireland) Order 1980F2;
(c)Article 27(1)(a) of the Adoption Order.
(2) The order shall not be deemed to be a supervision order made under any provision of this Order but shall nevertheless continue in force for a period of one year from the commencement of Part V unless—
(a)the court directs that it shall cease to have effect at the end of a lesser period, or
(b)it would have ceased to have had effect earlier had this Order not been made.
