The holder of a licence or protection order shall at the request of a constable produce it within 7 days of the request to, or in accordance with the directions of, the constable for examination, and if it is not so produced he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
