Remuneration and allowancesN.I.
5.—(1) The [Department of Justice] shall pay to or in respect of a Commissioner such remuneration, fees and allowances as the [Department of Justice] thinks fit.N.I.
(2) If a Commissioner resigns in accordance with paragraph 2(b), the [Department of Justice] may pay the Commissioner compensation if in the [Department of Justice's] opinion special circumstances make it appropriate.
