Amendments of Articles

4.  Article 263C(1) of the 1986 Order is amended:

(a) by the addition of the following words at the end of the cross-heading to the Article: “relating to insurance companies or groups”;

(b) by the deletion of the words “banking or” where they appear in paragraph (1);

(c) by the substitution of the words “Schedule 9A” for the words “Schedule 9” wherever they appear in the Article; and

(d) by the deletion of the words “27 or” where they appear in paragraph (4)
