SCHEDULE 9 Amendments to the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991

7.  In Schedule 3, sub-paragraph (c), for the words “in accordance with one of the methods described in Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985” there shall be substituted Chemicals (Hazard the words “in accordance with Part III of Schedule 1 to the 1993”.
