Modification of contribution conditions for volunteer development workers

166.  Article 4 of the Order (the contribution-based conditions) shall apply with the modifications that after “Class 1 contributions” in each place where they occur there shall be inserted “or Class 2 contributions under Case E of Part VIII of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1979(1) (volunteer development workers)”.
