4.—(1) The Regulations referred to in paragraph (2) shall be amended in accordance with that paragraph.
(2) For the letters “EEC”, in each place where they occur in the following provisions, there shall be substituted the letters “EC”—
Vegetable Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(1), Schedule 6;
Beet Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(2), regulations 3, 5, 8 and 9 and Schedule 6;
Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994, regulations 3, 5, 8 and 9 and Schedule 6;
Cereal Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994(3), Schedule 6; and
Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994, Schedule 6.
(3) Labels printed prior to the coming into operation of these Regulations which contain particulars which have been amended by this regulation may continue to be used until 31st December 2001.
