Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles Lighting (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1997.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995(1).
