SCHEDULE Provisions coming into operation on 1st October 1997

Provision of the Order	Subject matter
Article 75(2) so far as it relates to— (a) paragraph 22 of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1995(1); and (b) Article 61(1), (2) and (4) of the Order.	Repeals in relation to offence provisions.
