3. In the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1), in regulation 5(3) (which relates to the notification of major accidents) for the words “the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1986” there shall be substituted “the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997”.
