3. In regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations—
(a)for the definition of “the Council Regulation” there shall be substituted the following definition—
““the Council Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No. 3699/93 laying down the criteria and arrangements regarding Community structural financial assistance in the fisheries and aquaculture sector and the processing and marketing of its products(1) as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No. 1694/95(2), Council Regulation (EC) No. 2719/95(3), Council Regulation (EC) No. 965/96(4) and Council Regulation (EC) No. 25/97(5)”; and
(b)there shall be added at the end of paragraph (a)(v) in the definition of “relevant operation”, the following—
“and promotion of operations by the fishery or aquaculture trade (Article 13 of the Council Regulation)”.
