Child care charges
5. In regulation 21A(2ZC) of the Housing Benefit Regulations(1) (treatment of child care charges)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (c) “or” shall be omitted;
(b)after sub-paragraph (d) there shall be added the following—
“, or
(e)by a child care provider approved by an organisation accredited by the Secretary of State under the scheme established by the Tax Credit (New Category of Child Care Provider) Regulations 1999(2).”.
