4.—(1) Regulation 4 (additional requirements as regards instruments establishing a stakeholder pension scheme established under a trust)(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In paragraph (3) for “The instruments establishing a stakeholder pension” there shall be substituted “The scheme instruments of a”.
(3) In paragraph (4)(a) for “or by this regulation” there shall be substituted “, by this regulation or by regulation 6”.
