Maximum amounts permitted in gaming at entertainments not held for private gain
5.—(1) In Article 126 of the 1985 Order—
(a)in paragraph (3) for “£3”(1) there shall be substituted “£4”;
(b)in paragraph (4) for “£300”(2) there shall be substituted “£400”; and
(c)in paragraph (11)(b) for “£300”(3) and “£600”(e) there shall be substituted respectively “£400” and “£700”.
(2) Paragraph (1) shall have effect only in relation to entertainments held on or after the date on which this Order comes into operation.
