Amendment of the Housing Benefit (State Pension Credit and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations
2. In regulation 4(3) of the Housing Benefit (State Pension Credit and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1), in inserted paragraph (6C), for the words from “paragraph 4 of Schedule 7” to the end of that paragraph, there shall be substituted “Article 10 or 11 of the 1998 Order or on an appeal under Article 13 of that Order.”.
