Amendment of regulation 2 of the Housing Benefit Regulations
2. In regulation 2(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations (interpretation) after “extended payment”(1) there shall be inserted the following definition –
““extended payment (severe disablement allowance and incapacity benefit)” means a payment of housing benefit pursuant to regulation 62ZB;”.

Definition of “extended payment” was inserted by regulation 2 of S.R. 1996 No. 115
