Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 17th May 2004.
(2) In these Rules, a reference to a Rule by number means the Rule so numbered in the Magistrates' Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984(1).
