The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Article 31(5) of the Land Acquisition and Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 1973(1) and of every other power enabling it in that behalf hereby makes the following regulations:

S.I. 1973/1896 (N.I. 21); Article 31 was substituted by Article 5 of the Home Loss Payments (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, (S.I. 1992/1307 (N.I. 8))
