Citation and commencement
1.—(1) These regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Form of Licence) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th January 2005.
(2) In these Regulations –
“the principal Regulations” means the Licensing (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1).
