Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order amends the Magistrates' Courts Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 to:
prescribe the fee to be taken in respect of an application to vary or remove conditions in respect of a licence for an indoor arena under Article 77A of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996; and
delete the fees payable in respect of an application for the grant of a bookmaking office licence, an application for the provisional grant of a bookmaking office licence and an application to have provisional grant of a bookmaking office licence declared final.
