Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004

Interpretation

3.—(1) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002(1).

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
