The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Agricultural Marketing Act (Northern Ireland) 1964(2), and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Seed Potatoes Marketing Board Assets (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 29th March 2004.

Revocation

2. The Seed Potato Marketing Board Assets Order (Northern Ireland) 1985(3) is hereby revoked.
