Article 3

SCHEDULE 1 CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO REGISTRATIONS OF FISH SELLERS

1.  The Department shall be informed of any changes to the information contained in the application for registration within 28 days of the change occurring.

2.  Sales notes shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2847/1993.
