Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fish Labelling (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2006.
Amendment of the Fish Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003
2. The Fish Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) are amended as follows —
(a)at the end of regulation 4(2) insert —
“and shall be a name prescribed by law for the purposes of paragraph (1).”; and
(b)for the Schedule substitute the contents of the Schedule to these Regulations.
