The Department for Social Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 171(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(1) and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992(2), and now vested in it(3)
These Regulations are made with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel.
