SCHEDULE 7 N.I. Capital to be disregarded

40.  Any arrears of special war widows payment which is disregarded under paragraph 45 of Schedule 6 or of any amount which is disregarded under paragraph 55, 56 or 57 of that Schedule, but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of the receipt of the arrears. N.I.
