The Traffic Management (Proceedings before Adjudicators) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations prescribe the procedures to be followed in relation to proceedings before adjudicators appointed under Article 29 of the Traffic Management (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (“the Order”).

The procedures relate to –

(a) appeals under Article 13 of the Order;

(b) appeals under Article 28 of the Order; and

(c) appeals by way of a statutory declaration under Article 16(1) of the Order.
