SCHEDULE 13 N.I. Plant Health Movement Document

PART A N.I.

1.  The plant health movement document required under Article 15(2)(a) shall be in the form set out in Part B. N.I.

2.  The information contained in the notice in paragraph (1) shall be given in at least one of the official languages of the European Community and— N.I.

(a) shall be in typescript or written in block capitals; or

(b) in agreement with the Department and the official body of destination or entry shall be completed by electronic means
