The Department for Employment and Learning(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 6(1), 7(1) and 10(1) of the Employment (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(2) and now vested in it(3), and having consulted such bodies as appear to it to be representative of the interests concerned, makes the following Regulations:
