CHAPTER 4 N.I. GRANTS FOR DEPENDANTS

General N.I.

44.—(1) The grant for dependants consists of the following elements—

(a) adult dependants’ grant;

(b) childcare grant;

(c) parents’ learning allowance.

(2) The qualifying conditions for each element and the amounts payable are set out in regulations 45 to 48.
