SCHEDULE 8 LABELLING

PART 1 Particulars to be marked or displayed on the sale of unpackaged seed (loose sales)

1.  The following particulars shall be given—

(a) The words “complies with legal standards”;

(b) the species, indicated at least in Roman characters; and

(c) the variety.
