Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
Amendment of the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1983
2. For Schedule 8 to the Dogs (Licensing and Identification) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1983(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
Revocation
3. The Dogs (Licensing and Identification) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(2) are revoked.
