The Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 No. 111

Citation, commencement and interpretation N.I.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2010.

(2) In these Regulations “the 2005 Regulations” means the Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1).
