Reinstatement after service with the armed forces etc. N.I.

29.  If a person who is entitled to apply to their employer under the Reserve Forces (Safeguard of Employment) Act 1985(1) enters the employment of that employer within the six month period mentioned in section 1(4)(b) of that Act, their previous period of employment with that employer (or if there was more than one such period, the last of those periods) and the period of employment beginning in that six-month period shall be treated as continuous.
