37.—(1) In regulation 2(1) at the end of paragraph (s) delete “or”.

(2) At the end of paragraph (t) delete “.” and insert “;”.

(3) At the end of paragraph (u) delete “.” and insert—

“; or

(v)section 85(1) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009(1).”.
