35.—(1) The Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 22(2)(b)(ii), for “Article 3 of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995”(2) substitute “Article 4 of the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011”(3).
36. The following are revoked—
(a)the Deposits in the Sea (Exemptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995(4);
(b)regulation 23 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(5);
(c)regulation 20 of the Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002(6); and
(d)regulation 18(2) of the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Oil Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2005(7)
