2. There shall be added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, the office of member of the Commission for Victims and Survivors for Northern Ireland (1).

The Commission for Victims and Survivors for Northern Ireland was established by the Commission for Victims and Survivors Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (2008 c.6(NI)), which amended the Victims and Survivors (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 (SI 2006/2953 (N I 17)).
