3. In regulation 6 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(1) (the amount payable) for paragraph (2) substitute—
“(2) This is the table for the administration levy for the financial year ending with 31st March 2013 and for each subsequent financial year—
