For each holding, the total amount of available nitrogen in organic manure and chemical fertiliser, excluding livestock manure and anaerobic digestate containing digested livestock manure, applied to grassland each year, shall be in proportion to the crop requirement for nitrogen of the holding and shall not exceed the amounts as defined in Table 4 of Schedule 1, when calculated in accordance with regulation 9.
