34. Where the special administrator intends to apply to the court under paragraph 80 of Schedule B1 (as applied by the 2009 Order)(1) for the special administration to cease before the statement of proposals is sent to creditors in accordance with paragraph 50 of Schedule B1, the special administrator shall, at least 10 days before making the application send to all known creditors of the society a report containing the information required by Rule 29(2).
